Gentle Living Room Workout

Today I wanted to get some exercise but, as I am still a bit under the weather,  I didn’t want to go to the gym and spread my germs around, nor did I want to push too hard and let the virus gain more ground in my system.  As a great alternative, I found this walking video for a gentle  but satisfying workout in my living room.  It is the equivalent of walking a mile and Leslie Sansone, the host walker, is easy on the eyes and the ears, making for a pleasant 14 minutes of easy exercise.
